Allied Sales and Service has been representing world leading brands such as Flowserve since 1954. Allied Sales and Service has two fully staffed service centers in New Orleans and Mobile where our mission is to deliver industry leading quality, support and service to our customers across the gulf south. Allied strives to be a trusted partner to our Pump and Mechanical Seal customers by working to reduce their long term cost of ownership, LTCO, primarily by improving reliability of pump and seal systems.

Allied Sales and Service has experienced, factory trained support in Engineering, Customer Service, Repair and Sales.

On April 4, 2024, OTC Industrial Technologies announced the acquisition of Allied Sales & Service. “Allied is excited to join the OTC organization. We have always strived to be a trusted partner to our customers and OTC will provide additional resources that will allow us to increase that focus” said Mike Herrington, President of Allied Sales & Service. Mike Herrington

President

Mike started at Allied as a Sales Engineer in 1997. Solid performance in developing Allied's customer base year after year was accompanied by assuming progressively increasing responsibility for management of the overall business including sales and operations. Mike became President of the company in 2017.

Eric Blanchard

Director of Sales

After a 20 year career with Flowserve, Eric Blanchard began working as the Director of Sales at Allied in February 2018. During his time with Flowserve, he worked his way through the sales ranks; starting with an onsite Application Engineering role and eventually working up to a Sales Manager position responsible for $50MM in sales annually. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from LSU, which was completed in 2001. He is a trusted advisor, problem solver, and customer advocate which perfectly supports our mission at Allied Sales. In his spare time he enjoys outdoor activities with his kids and travelling with his wife, Monique.

Brad Norwood

General Manager, Operations

Brad has been with Allied for 17 years, working in various roles managing operations and sales. He has been instrumental in developing and growing our Mobile, AL Service Center. In 2017, Brad was promoted to General manager, Sales and Operations for the Mobile, AL location.
